A Estival trabalha um valor de medição de até 50 MΩ SIMBOLO PRESENTE EM TODOS OS CALÇADOS ANTIESTÁTICOS: QUAL A DIFERENÇA ENTRE O CALÇADO ANTIESTÁTICO DA ESTIVAL E O CALÇADO ELETRICISTA? Importante: o calçado antiestático e o calçado eletricista são totalmente diferentes. O calçado para uso eletricista funciona de forma oposta ao antiestático. O eletricista isola o usuário para que o mesmo não venha sofrer choques elétricos, ou seja, é próprio para trabalho com energia elétrica corrente. Já o calçado antiestático favorece a livre passagem de energia para descarregar o corpo humano. COMO USAR CORRETAMENTE O CALÇADO ANTIESTÁTICO? No processo de fabricação, o calçado antiestático da Estival passa por rigorosos testes de qualidade em laboratório para garantir a sua efetividade antes de ser colocado no mercado, a fim de permitir a correta descarga eletrostática do corpo humano. No entanto, para assegurar a máxima eficiência do nosso produto, você precisa seguir algumas orientações e recomendações indicadas abaixo, sob pena de comprometer a eficácia do calçado antiestático:  1) É imprescindível manter a sola do calçado sempre limpa. A sujeira pode impedir a descarga de energia estática e comprometer a propriedade do calçado, limitando a sua funcionalidade;  2) Os calçados antiestáticos possuem palmilha especial com costura em linha antiestática. Sempre verifique o estado da sua palmilha a fim de garantir que a mesma esteja sempre limpa assim como o solado. Jamais substitua a palmilha do seu calçado por outra, tendo em vista que isso poderá comprometer significativamente na qualidade do produto;  3) Não use talco ou qualquer outro produto que acumule resíduos nos pés, o que poderá aumentar e resistência elétrica e interferi na descarga da energia eletrostática, atrapalhando o bom funcionamento do calçado; 4) Para higienização do calçado, lave-o com água e sabão neutro. Se necessário, utilize escova de cerdas macias ou um pano para auxiliar na limpeza. Após, deixe o calçado secar à sombra e longe de locais com incidência de calor. Jamais seque ao sol;  5) Antes do acesso nas áreas de risco, recomendamos a checagem habitual da propriedade antiestática do calçado por meio de teste por aparelhos de medição volumétrica e superficial frequentemente calibrados, a fim de garantir a máxima eficácia do produto;  6) O piso utilizado no ambiente de trabalho não pode ser isolante e não deve invalidar a proteção oferecida pelo calçado;  7) Recomenda-se a prática regular do ensaio de resistência elétrica no local de uso do calçado antiestático. The Antiperforation Insole can be an additional component in Estival footwear that supports its application. It is a non-metallic insole designed to resist puncture and tearing. This product is developed with meta-aramid fibers, the same material used in bulletproof vests. This insole prevents accidents caused by nails or other sharp and/or piercing objects, while providing great comfort to the user due to its soft and extremely flexible nature. During testing, these insoles must withstand the puncture of a piercing object with a force of up to 1,100 newtons, equivalent to 100 kilograms, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 20345 standards. Footwear from the Hybrid line is made from fabric featuring Dry-E technology, which provides not only durability but also enables rapid dispersal of heat from inside the shoe.
